  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased a $1750 camera, paid for overnight shipping. Camera didn't show up. Emailed the company, they didn't reply to the email. Called the company and asked where my camera was, was placed on indefinite hold for 30 minutes. Finally hung up and called back, this time acting like I was interested in buying a camera. Lo and behold someone was immediately available. Then asked them where my camera was, and was told "I think the finance dept was trying to get ahold of you yesterday..." Umm, no they weren't, I paid for it on my Visa and no one called me from your company yesterday. Got transferred around, finally told camera was going to ship out that day. Still no camera, now cancelling order. Will do chargeback on credit card if needed to get money back.

  Well I may need some input about my experience. I ordered a Phantom 3 advanced bundle with the backpack, extra batteries, memory cards etc. Total price $848.50. So I sent the money and I started getting emails saying they tried to reach me. I called back no one ever answers. So they end up contacting me saying that the item I ordered and they didn't have it anymore and would send me a Phantom 4 instead. No bundle and extra accessories that I ordered. Just the basic Phantom 4. I guess I was pleased with the exchange but not the customer service. I wouldn't recommend these guys...
