    No hospitality at all. First impressions make a lasting impression.

    The doors are wide open. I'm at the perimeter with an eighty year old woman in toe and before I can make it in off the sidewalk I'm being told they're closed and the guy is blocking the entrance like security at the local club.

    Really, how long would it have taken to look around? Too bad, not only did they lose a possible sale today and a permanent customer but they also lost all future business from me any referrals I might have given.

    I've been told repeated from several people to not come here because of the high prices and lack of customer service but I figured since this was our first time, why not see for myself. Never again.
