  Sigma electric is a reputable & hard working company that provides outstanding service to all of their clients. They have the best Mechanics for each of their projects. All the workers within the company show excellent moral. Unfortunately, they have encounter those that fall behind productivity or lack their of. They as a company have contract goals have to be met during completion. I've worked with sigma for 4 years. I used to work with this person and his brother. They both were very Incoherent people. One worse than the other at times. Incomplete task, late to work, reeked of alcohol and vulgar with the crew and belligerent. Later it was proven that the brothers were both fired, not only due to lack of productivity but also drug & alcohol abuse. ( cocaine & hard liquor) founded by drug testing. Sigma electric does not tolerate these type of actions what so ever, for it brings problems to the company and may risk lives on site. Sigma doesnt need workers to whom are incomparable. Childish badgering is uncalled for. Seek help and hopefully, you guys will find a employer that will hire you. That's if you can kick the habit.
