  Go with the next cheapest quote, because you'll certainly regret this one. This is THE worst company I have ever interacted with. The estimate we first received was grossly understated, which is done intentionally to underbid their competitors. When the movers came, they charged us a "flat rate of $150 for having to walk farther than 75 feet." Fine, the movers were working hard so we didn't think much of it. We had measured the volume of our goods before the move and knew that it was in the same ballpark as the original estimate. The movers told us what they loaded onto the truck was more than twice the estimate and since there were multiple loads on the truck, we couldn't verify where our goods started so we couldn't verify how much room our goods took up... but they said it was a nice, round number (conveniently). The movers said our good would be remeasured upon delivery, so no need to worry about the bill of lading indicating that we would owe more than twice our estimate. We told the dispatchers a month ahead of delivery that we needed the delivery to be completed before 6PM because the freight elevator was turned off at that time and they said no problem. They would not call us back or answer the phone the days before delivery and on the day of they called us to say they would deliver between 6 and 8 PM. They also said they would not remeasure the goods before being paid in cash. We spoke to Tasha, the manager, and Rachel, her manager, and they both refused to put anything they told us into writing because we had already signed the bill of lading (foolish on our part to believe them at their word). After two hours of back and forth we got nowhere with them, but were left with several memories to share here, including Rachel saying there was no reason to put anything into writing because "this isn't customer service, this is a dispute" and then dropping the call and pretending to be on another call when we called back.
  They think that responding to the complaints on here will fool people, but notice how no one removes their negative feedback?
