    Had asthma attack today. Waited about 20 minutes until seen or given a treatment. Doctor on duty stated that he sent over prescriptions via the computer to my pharmacy. I asked for verifications at least 3 separate times and he stated that he sent it. In the meantime all of the office computers were shut off and when I stated that I would need a letter for work I was told to come back tomorrow for the letter. The office was closing and i was the last patient being seen. I Left and went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine and they stated that the prescriptions wasn’t in the system. Called back to Rapid MD Laurelton and they were gone. This is the WORST service ever! I am highly disappointed and stressed out because I cannot get my medicine to feel better. After paying the co payment and submitting my insurance information, I May have to now go to the emergency room due to Rapid MD’s negligent and poor attention to my illness. Shame on you Rapid MD!!!
