  The medical examiners for the Life insurance companies should not be requesting all of the notes from a client's psychologist. THIS IS A TRUE INVASION OF PRIVACY, and totally inappropriate. A summary of the psychologist's judgement of stability should more than suffice. Secondly, only one of your examiners told one member of my family that he needed to fast before his "exam". The other examiners set up exams but neglected to inform the rest of us of the need to fast. I was not only unimpressed with your lack of professionalism, but I think that you should be reprimanded and fined! Thirdly, the examiner for my daughter told her to fill urine up to the line on the cup so she spilled out the liquid until it was the height of the indicated line.; a week later we got a call that there was too little so they needed to set up another appointment for more urine. He should have specified that the line was a minimum, not a maximum. This is a routine procedure for your company, and you should "get it right"!
