  This review is long overdue but I will never get over of the worst treatment I’ve received as a patient at this dentist. I went to this dentist for over a year for my regular exams and cleanings and after some time decided to do my invisalign treatment with them. My experience during the beginning of the treatment was good, I always made my payments on time and even brought my husband and mom to have their exams and dental work done here…however towards the last phase of the treatment the doctor (Melvin Velazquez) humiliated me and treated me in the most unprofessional manner, raising his voice and accusing me that he had lost money with my case because of a billing mistake his own staff had made when I originally signed the contract. He rushed my last appointment and left my invisalign treatment unfinished, I needed more time so that my last tooth could finish aligning properly and instead he took the attachments off and left the room without an explanation or apology. He took his frustration out on me instead of dealing with his incompetent staff member who had made the mistake, the way they handled the situation was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. After all the money I spent I was left humiliated and unhappy with my treatment. I never returned and made sure my husband and mom found another dentist as well.
