    I love the store. It's a terrific place. Today I learned that it is unwise to purchase from the selection of books wrapped in brown paper with post it descriptions attached. I thought it would be exciting to purchase one of these and unwrap it at home (today is my birthday), but I was a little sad when I opened up a wrinkled, sticky (probably 2nd hand- or third or fourth hand) book that looked like it may have had water spilled on it at some point and was not worth the $10 I spent on it.
    I will stick to the regular selection of books from now on. Lesson learned.
