  The coach girls were having a hard training more than usual than the coach guys.I started to feel sick and I talked with my doctor, my doctor said that I have a venous insufficiency and endovenous laser therapy.I am an active person that goes tothe gym since 3 years ago.However, once the doctor told me that I had to cancel the membership.I brought the letter from my doctor and 7 days later, the General Manager, Adam, was really unprofessional and with lack of ethic.Hediscussed with my son and myself, he said I needed to talk to him nicely otherwise he won't help me.I asked for his superiors and he said he doesn't have any but himself only.There was an email where it said thatmy cancellation fee was received and it said that it will take 3-5 days business days for me to receive the cancellation email.Today, I sent another email and that's when the GM reached out to me.He spoke with my son and my sontold me that he said it doesn't matter if 1 or 2 customer leaves the store since theyhave hundreds.It was no good saying that because I was thinking on referring other people this place.In the end, I had to pay for the cancellation because his behavior was inappropriate and aggressive.He came to me and starts saying if I was ina wheelchair or I lost a leg or if I was death, then the cancellation would be accepted after he said that he will help me to remake a letter but since I was not nice to himhe wouldn't help me.
  
  Its a long story but I simplify the whole problem
