    Went to open an account and was greeted with horrible customer service (if that can be the word to describe how they treat people). The receptionist asked me for ID and after producing a driver's license, I was asked in a suspicious tone whether I was a US citizen. Upon satisfying her requests and questions I was told that they won't open up an account for me because I live to far away. I explained that I work close by but she produced a print-out of branches that are 20+ miles from my home and told me that I would have to visit one of those instead.
    All further questions were answered by "I'm sorry I can't help you".
    For such a "global" bank, this kind of service is unacceptable.
    Save your time and choose a different bank.
