    horrible place!! the staff is highly unproffessional. they are holding my w2s hostage because i decided to file with someone else and i was told that i would not get MY documents back until i pay them a $50 change of broker fee. i NEVER TOLD THEM TO FILE MY TAXES FOR ME!!! I WAS ONLY THERE TO SEE HOW MUCH I COULD GET BACK BUT THE AMOUNT WAS TOO LOW THEREFORE I ENDED UP GOING WITH SOMEONE ELSE. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
