  Complete scam! Pedro Tronilo the broker is all about the money and not his customer's best interests. Very nasty guy who depends on his top agents to make a name for himself. My first time trying to do business with them and they cost me thousands. I went to another agency and they handled everything better from start to finish. I never leave reviews but this company and broker screwed me over in what was the biggest purchase of my life but thankfully I went to another company (which I will leave a great review for) that helped straighten out everything for me. Beware people, business is business and if you don't do your research, greedy people like Pedro will make sure they get all they can from you without gving you the service you were supposed to get in return, especially when it's a big event in your life and you worked so hard to save money and make sure things go right but they just get greedy and do things carelessly.
