  Worst flying experience ever and this is after I had a12 hour delay with Cathay Airlines. Check in online and don't deal with their desk staff. They lied to me about their practices and enforced arbitrary standards that made me check my bag. They exemplified the problem with the industry. Because airlines have so much power over the industry given our fear terrorist attacks, they get to act like Seinfeld's Soup Nazi.

  Free alcohol, two hour complementary wifi, countless movie selections, HOWEVER, meal selections and soft drinks were very limited. Your meal of selection and ginger ale might be gone before it even gets to you.
  
  Flight attendants really seemed not need a job and careless or laid back to put it in a nicer way. Food was mehhhh
  
  Could be one star if no free alcohol and movie selections... Bottom line, overrated airline service...
