  Natural Sisters be aware , it was my first time entering the salon and I was denied service after they tried to detangle my hair dry twice . Little did the women know I speak some Spanish and because my hair was nappy (curly & soft with some knots) they discussed sending me to another salon , denying my service, or raising the price for a wash and set. It was snowing outside and after I already traveled an hour to get there I was asked to come back the next day because it was too late to do my hair, even though I showed up 2 hours and a half before closing . This has been my worst experience, I have never rated a business but I honestly felt like I needed to especially because I went home and took out the two small knots left myself in less than ten minutes and now I don't feel like queens is a good area at all to get my hair done, I honestly miss Brooklyn I would've paid 20 and had no problems. But it's you guys fault I would've tipped the lady heavily because I knew I had a knot but it was not that' serious .
