    Basic phone skills would be nice. Especially when the wait time to get a live person has reached over an hour of waiting. To those that are searching where to go... other CVS locations have what you need. Including Rite Aide which is down Crossbay blvd. You will also have a friendly staff willing to answer your questions even when they are extremely busy and short staffed. This Howard Beach location needs a complete overhaul of staff beginning with the pharmacy department. I am not alone when it comes to poor experience at this location. Convenient yes, but not worth giving them your business.
