- Nicole Stork★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and it was completely ruined. They outsource wedding dress cleaning but I was assured it would be handled with the utmost care. It has an intricate lace overlay that falls into a train and the lace was torn in so many places. I'm heartbroken. I brought the dress back immediately and the manager was absolutely unapologetic and did not offer a refund of my $150 cleaning fee and merely offered to press and sew the holes. You can't sew up holes in lace. I'm hoping the bridal shop I purchased it from can work from miracles for me. Absolutely do not bring tour wedding dress here.
