  I will not attend Bright White Dental again. I went there initially for a cleaning and that was fine, painful but fine. Turns out I needed to come back because of some root canals that needed to be done and every single time that I was there, I waited an 1hr +. They overbook patients! Dr. Rafailov will work on you for two minutes before going to the guy next door and then come back to you and then go to someone else. If you know different patients come in for different things, keep that in mind when scheduling patients. Moving on, he rushed through my appointment the last two times I went and both times injured me. He didn’t even sincerely apologize and instead wanted to play it off as a joke. I don’t know how this place got so many great reviews when patients are waiting for such a long amount of time. Even worse, when you complain, they ask you to come inside and have you wait there. Staff are friendly, I’ll give them that. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Not worth it.
