    This company needs to fix their form of scheduling. I would go online and request a pickup and nobody would ever contact me or come to get my laundry. When I finally got someone to come pick up the laundry they would be over an hour late. When it came time for laundry drop off they would be well over two or three hours later than the drop off time that they promised. If they fix their scheduling issues, they'd be great, minus a stain that magically appeared on my favorite tank top after the last washing I did with them. Needless to say, I will no longer be using their services. I'm sure that their self operated machines are great, and if you go drop off your laundry yourself they're great. However, don't use their free pick up and drop off service if you value your own time, because they won't.
