  I needed to share this review! my husband bought a gift of Estee Lauder perfume set for me from Chicago on his business trip and i didn't like it. So after he return in NY we went to exchange it for something else in Macys at Queens Center Mall. There were two employees who were working that day at Estee Lauder. The guy employee keep asking me the reason of return and kinda force us to buy something else . I told him couple of times i don't want to buy anything else but he keep insisting and made the return very difficult. The reason I buy from Macys anything without worrying because if i don't like it i am sure i can come back and get my money back, however, if they start doing this questions i will prefer to spend my money elsewhere. If Macys employees gonna make it hard to return than they should change the receipt words where in clearly says i can return and get full refund with the receipt .Macys keep getting worse. Hire new employees or retrain these employees that you guise hired already. Most of them has no manners or don't know how to talk and some of them are very nice. I just can't stand when i go to return or exchange an item at Macys with valid receipt and those employees ask me why i wanna return/exchange it? because i want to ! Anyway next time if anyone asking me this again i am calling the manger and making a scene instead of writing a review !!
