  If i could give this store a zero I would because that is what they truly deserve. I have been a customer of this store for many years because its close, and they normally carry everything I'm looking for.
  
  I do not recommend asking The staff any questions about items or locations because they usually don't know or just not interested in helping you. I have never come across such downright rude and obnoxious jerks in a retail establishment before and i can not believe some of them were even hired because i feel that they lack basic customer service and people skills. When it comes time to checkout good luck finding a register that's actually open and actually working because they never are.
  
  You would believe with all the staff members walking around looking into space or on there cell phones or chatting with other workers that atleast one would be cross trained to be a cashier, but that is not the case here. They would rather penalize us and force us to wait, because you know we have nothing worthwhile to do on a weekend but sit in Home Depot for an hour. If the Store Manager ran this store correctly customers would be treated with the utmost Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect. We would also be able to check out in a prompt, and professional manner, if they had more than registers open or put more cashiers on when they are extremely busy, but not this store.
  
  By the way who remembers and knows what happened to the experienced and knowledgeable sales force that Home Depot use to employ that were so very knowledgeable and very eager to help you and some shared there experiences and offered suggestions to do things cheaper and better?
