  A cafe that's far out and not near other cafes except for the new bean and bean. They do have a small lot which can fit about 7 cars but the room is tight. They do have ample street parking available if the lot is full.
  
  Cafe 1 of a Kind is more laid back and not everyone is studying or doing work there. They also serve food food like sandwiches and soup as well as desserts.
  
  On a Sunday night, they were busy and my sis and I were lucky to snag a seat. I wouldn't really prefer to study here because the lighting is really dim and it's on the loud side.
  
  I had an iced americano which was good. Good thing about this place is they give you mason jars as your cup which saves them from using plastic if you're having your drink as "to stay". Always good to know businesses are being environmentally friendly.
  
  Cafe 1 of a Kind in my opinion is more of a place to catch up with your friends and have lunch. I probably wouldn't come back to study but will most likely come to try their food next time.
